Who are we?
Meliora Partners is a team of financial and management specialists that has provided nationwide training and technical assistance services to community action agencies and state CSBG offices since 1999. Our work has been partially funded through Peer-to-Peer Crisis Prevention and Aversion Technical Assistance grants from the Office of Community Services (DHHS/ACF). We also operated the National Community Action Management Academy training program for four years with OCS grants. Formerly the National Services Division of Mid-Iowa Community Action, Inc. (MICA), we incorporated as our own nonprofit in January, 2007.
Meliora Partners consultants have worked with more than 80 community action agencies and other non-profits located in 29 states and ten federal regions. Our National Academy trained over 700 community action professionals from more than 150 agencies.
